The School tours cover much of the National Curriculum history & geography objectives. Children will be given a year group appropriate booklet to do on the tour. This provides an easy way of evidencing their learning. A typical tour covers the history of Plymouth from the Neolithic period to present day, and a focus on local key historical figures such as Sir Francis Drake, Captain Cook, The Pilgrims, Lady Astor and many more. If you have a particular learning outcome in mind that you would like us to focus on, all tours can be tailored to suit your needs.

All tours and in-school experiences are led by Elaine Shaw, a qualified teacher with 16 years’ experience. Fully CRB checked and insured.
